Henan Guotai-Bogu Technology Co., Ltd. is jointly invested group by Hunan Bogu Technology Co., Ltd. and Henan Jiyuan Iron and Steel (Group) Co., LTD., founded in June 2019, located in steel products deep processing industrial Park, relying on Henan Jiyuan Iron and Steel (Group) Co., Ltd. and Hunan Bogu Technology Co., LTD. Joint venture to build a global high strength fastener manufacturing base.

Our factory mainly produce 12.9 grade, 10.9 grade, 8.8 grade high strength bolts, hex bolts, and other products. The fasteners of the main products are widely used in a series of satellites, rockets, missiles, spacecraft, military and civilian aircraft, aircraft engines and other defense models. The supporting range involves aerospace, aviation, weapons, electronics, shipbuilding, nuclear industry, machinery manufacturing and other industries.

The total investment of the project is 1 billion yuan, with an annual output of 400,000 tons of high-strength fasteners. It will be implemented in two phases, of which the first phase will invest 300 million yuan and be located in Zone B of Steel product deep processing Industrial Park, with 30,000 square meters of plant construction and an annual output of 100,000 tons of high-strength fasteners above 8.8 grade. The second phase of the plan to invest about 700 million yuan, plant construction 120,000 square meters. After completion of the project, it can produce 400,000 tons of high-strength fasteners annually, with an estimated annual output value of about 3 billion yuan, profit of 240 million yuan, tax revenue of more than 100 million yuan, and employment of about 3,000 people.
